Sure, yes. Have Jave designs & produces a wide range of products. We have both preselected dimensions and modular systems, you choose. We keep the main sizes in stock, all other variants are produced to order & take about 3-4 weeks.
In the unlikely event that we do not have the precise design, give us a shout. Either we have a good idea as to adapt the modular systems or we can customize a solution.
Under manufacturing, the steel is similiar in appearance to carbon steel. We wash the steel with a salt solution to initiate the oxidizing process. However the protective oxidized surface takes time to develop. An approximation of this can be seen in the chart below.
We can provide treatment solutions and a coating that can partially lock the protective rust surface.
We pride ourselves on offering fair well desinged products at competitive prices, sourcing responsible materials. We keep a range of "standard products" to keep production costs low, Non standard products are collated every 2nd week, so we have continuity in production, which keeps costs down.

It’s content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn’t have helped, won’t help now. It’s like saying you’re a bad designer, use less bold text, don’t use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that’s not all that it takes to get things back on track.
Our products are both fully assembled (welded), and as backs, that can be assembled.
Our modular products are such that they can be adapted into many shapes and sizes, and come with assembly instructions and the respective components (nuts, buts, struts etc.)
With larger orders or projects, please contact us, we can also arrange delivery/assembly.
We ship throughout to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the rest of Europe.
Transport cost, customs & taxes are automatically calculated when ordering.
Standard orders are collated and shipped once a week, so a maximum of 6 working days from order and payment of the products. The delivery can take a day or two.
For non standard variants please allow 4 weeks, plus a couple of days for delivery. For custom orders, from the acceptance of the design, drawings & prepayment please allow 5 weeks for production, plus a couple of days for delivery. For larger orders or projects with assembly/installation please contact us.

A lot of our products are interchangeable. The wood sheds have adornments that can be filled with plants or decorations. Our plant boxs can be combined with adornment panels. Plantes can be open at the bottom or with bottom plates with drainage holes. Our larger products have reinforcements & struts to increase the integrity of the structure. There are a lot of options, too many to mention here. Any questions, just give us a shout.
Corten steel, is a weather resistant steel alloy with copper, chromoum & nickel.
In the past the steel was used in heavy industry because of its corrosion resistant properties and durability.
The weathering steel can last upto 8 times longer than ordinary steel. The thicker the steel the better, for this reason, we use at least 2mm in our products with exception of the edging panels.
Under optimal conditions, the products will last over 40-50 years, though in coastal areas where the air is more saline, this will negatively affect the longeivity.

Don't walk in the beds, if the bed is large, use boards or perhaps pation pavers (please see our stone mosaic pavers).
Mulching after planting reduces weeds, mulch again in the spring to keep weeds down. Think about irrigtating the bed.
Install a root/weed barrier, this can be as simple as a thick triple layer corrugated cardboard layer.
Voles, moles and the like, install a mesh barrier in the bottom and up the sides of the planter.

At the end of Autumn cover with mulch, to offset compacting and to increase the soil fertility. Another option is to plant cover crops that fix nitrgoen. Ryegrass, crimson clover etc. can be removed again in the spring.
It is not enough to "guarantee" that are products are of the high quality. Quality means different things to different people.

Weathering steel is initially silver, just like regular steel. Standard steels rust easily when exposed to moisture, air, and other factors. This layer of rust develops pores and separates from the metal surface.
The rusting process still occurs with weathering steels, but the steel develops a patina instead. Its protective patina forms naturally and is constantly renewed to inhibit additional oxygen, moisture, and contaminant exposure.
Pedes is a 2mm Corten Steel raised planter, there are feet underneath to keep the planter raised, this is a good option for terracces, concrete surfaces, tiled surfaces etc. The rectan planter comes with or with out a base. Without a base these are good placed directly on the ground.
The modula system is a light weight adaptable system that can provide a variety of designs. The Besula system is also modular, but more sturdy construction, with a larger variation of side panels.
The patina can, in the early stages of its growth, result in rust run-off that can stain the surroundings of the steel structure or product. Early months are riskiest because of how quickly rust occurs. Staining danger will reduce as corrosion rate decreases. The good news is that this possible issue can be avoided.
It's crucial to think about how you can avoid rust run-off and stains since areas underneath and surrounding weathering steel goods and buildings are frequently made of concrete, stone, or brick, all of which are challenging to clean. Run-off cannot be stopped since it is a natural element of the weathering process. Even so, the drainage may be controlled to avoid flowing over delicate surfaces.
The weathering steel can also be "pre-patinaed" with an acidic spray to avoid stains. Before to installation, this spray will start the patina process and reduce more rust run-off.
To guarantee that bearing shelves have ample falls to internal substructure drainage systems, consider inserting drip details on the bottom flanges of girders for structural construction reasons. The water will drip off the steel as a result of these drip features rather than running down its surface and onto the surfaces around it.
